This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work in accordance with UK consumer law.
Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
If you wish to cancel your order:
1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery
2. Return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us
Items must be:
• Unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with original packaging where possible
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make things right.
We may offer:
• A replacement item
• A full refund
• A partial refund where appropriate
We may ask for a photograph of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of certain products, some items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
These may include:

• Personal ritual tools once used
• Custom spell kits or personalised items
• Digital downloads or spiritual guidance materials

Crystals, spell supplies, tarot tools, and other magical items are sold as spiritual curios and tools for personal practice, inspiration, and wellbeing.
While traditions and folklore attribute various energetic or spiritual properties to these items:
• Results cannot be guaranteed
• Individual experiences may vary
• These items should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
For this reason, items cannot be refunded based on perceived effectiveness of metaphysical properties or spiritual outcomes.
Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and received:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is usually within 14 days
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
